Supplier: David Sorauer t/as Evolocity ABN 70 352 310 061 Client: Client Industries AGREEMENT 1: The Client wishes to increase the ranking of the website, to increase targeted traffic and conversions (the Expected Outcome). 2: In support of the Expected Outcome, the Client engages the Supplier to provide the Services on the terms and conditions described in the Annexed document, ‘Evolocity Standard Terms’ (herein referred to as the Standard Terms), and the Client acknowledges and agrees that the Standard Terms form part of this Agreement. 3: The Client wishes to increase the ranking of the Auxilis website, to increase targeted traffic and conversions (the Expected Outcome) In support of the Expected Outcome, the Client engages the Supplier to provide the Services on the terms and conditions described in the Annexed document, ‘Evolocity Standard Terms’ (herein referred to as the Standard Terms), and the Client acknowledges and agrees that the Standard Terms form part of this Agreement. The Supplier will provide the following Services to the Client: SEO Strategy Technical SEO On-Page SEO Off-page SEO 4: The parties agree that the Services will be provided during the Term. Start Date: 29/09/2023 End Date: 28/09/2024 5: The Client agrees to pay the Fees in the following amount, within 7 days of receiving a compliant Invoice from the Supplier: Individual services: XXXX SEO $XXXX excluding GST Competitor Intelligence Keyword research + tracking Tracking over 100 Keywords Technical & on-page optimisation Content promotion/link building Backlink review Monthly reporting + 1 hour virtual meeting (if requested) Any additional on-page content creation (such as blog writing) expenses are to be met separately.
